以獨特且系統化的一條龍培訓模式孕育更多「有心」專才 「賽馬會專業創未來計劃」JC PROcruit C第二屆第一期開幕典禮已於2023年1月3日在香港中文大學康本國際學術園順利舉行。香港亞太研究所再度成為此計劃的教育及培訓夥伴，負責籌辦各期的首週職前特備訓練營、全年職涯輔導、社會創新工作坊，以及見習旅程的跟進研究等。
香港賽馬會慈善事務總經理（體育及文化）葉巧兒女士為典禮致歡迎辭，分享計劃目的並勉勵參與計劃的八十多位見習生投入未來一年的自我探索之旅。此外，參與第一期計劃的行業統籌代表亦於典禮中歡迎見習生加入及鼓勵他們把握職場實踐的機會。而第一屆畢業生代表亦分享他們在見習旅程中的得著和啟發。
為期近兩週的職前特備訓練營旨在提升見習生進入職場所需軟實力及相關行業的專業技能和知識，以協助他們盡快由學校過渡並適應職場環境。期間，見習生亦加深了解自己及相關見習職位的VASK一即價值觀（Values）、態度（Attitudes）、技能（Skills）及知識（Knowledge）。透過連日的培訓，各位見習生亦建構了更全面的人際和朋輩支援網絡，更有自信地去應對未來的工作挑戰！
見習生給予特備訓練營很高評價（4.5/5），並於一月中正式展開為期一年的見習之旅，僱主也給予正面評價。在未來的見習期間，見習生亦會安排參與持續在職培訓及專業職涯輔導，協助進一步開展他們的專業職涯。熱切期待他們一步步邁向創新又有心的專業領域，創造社會價值。
「賽馬會專業創未來計劃」報名詳情 「賽馬會專業創未來計劃」 JC PROcruit C歡迎大學學位、副學位（副學士及高級文憑）、香港中學文憑考試（HKDSE）或同等學歷（包括國際文憑大學預科課程(IB)、基礎課程文憑丶毅進文憑）的畢業生申請。申請會按序跟進及確認實習機會，因此鼓勵申請人盡快遞交申請表。
Unique and structured through-train traineeship model, create emerging caring profession JC PROcruit C Phase 2 first cohort Kick-off Ceremony was held on 3 January 2023 at the Yasumoto International Academic Park of CUHK. HKIAPS is happy to be the programme’s Education and Training Partner again, to organise the first-week pre-onboarding bootcamp, bimonthly career coaching, social innovation workshops, and research studies throughout the traineeship journey for each cohort.
Ms. Winnie Yip, Executive Manager, Charities (Sports and Culture) of The Hong Kong Jockey Club delivered the opening remarks at the Kick-off Ceremony, and encouraged over 80 trainees participating in the programme to devote themselves to the journey of self-discovery in the year-long programme. Representatives from the industry convenors participating in the first cohort also welcomed the trainees to their industries and encourage them to grasp the practical opportunities at workplace during the Ceremony. Alumni from Phase 1 also shared their experience and insights gained during their traineeship journey.
The nearly two-week centralised bootcamp which covers the essential workplace soft skills, industry-specific knowledge and skills, aims to assist the young talents to get through the school-to-work transition period smoothly. The programme enables trainees to better understand their Values, Attitudes, Skills and Knowledge (VASK) of themselves and the corresponding job roles. Through the multi-day training, trainees can cultivate a comprehensive social network and peer support which enhance their self-confidence in facing future workplace challenges.
The bootcamp received high rating (4.5 out of 5) from the trainees and they officially onboarded the one-year traineeship in mid-January. Employers also showed positive feedback towards their performance. Throughout the year, trainees will participate in continuous on-the-job training and professional coaching to help develop their professional careers. Looking forward to our trainees embarking on their professional journey in a caring profession and creating social values.
Applying for JC PROcruit C JC PROcruit C Phase welcomes graduate of a bachelor's degree, sub-degree programme or Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) holders or equivalent qualifications, including The International Baccalaureate (IB), Diploma of Foundation Studies and Diploma Yi Jin to apply.
