This workshop aims to bring together academics, businesses, policymakers, and NGOs to address the pressing issue of food waste. By promoting research, sharing best practices, and discussing actionable policies, the event seeks to advance collaborative efforts in reducing food waste and fostering sustainable practices in Hong Kong.
The problem of food waste is multi-faceted, encompassing issues such as healthy eating, inefficiencies in supply chains, technological advancements in waste reduction, and unsustainable agricultural practices. Join us on 3rd June 2025, for a one-day event which provides a platform to discuss these interconnected aspects and explore holistic solutions.
