香港特區教育的再發展：論董特首的第二份施政報告
此論壇分兩部分進行，第一部分先後由張文光、曾鈺成、程介明及曾榮光發言，內容針對董特首的第二份施政報告內有關教育再發展的主題討論，所涉及的範圍包括資訊科技教育、師資培訓及專業化、優質教育、私校發展、語言政策及家長在學校的角色等等。第二部分則公開讓參加是次論壇的中、小學老師、大學學者和對教育政策研究有心得的人士發表意見及提問，最後再由四位講者回應結束。
Further Development of Education in Hong Kong
The forum was divided into two sessions. Mr Cheung Man-kwong, Mr Tsang Yok-sing, Prof. Cheng Kai-ming and Prof. Tsang Wing-kwong in the first session delivered speeches on the further development of education raised in the second Policy Address of the Chief Executive. The issues covered IT education, teacher training and professionalism, quality education, development of private schooling, medium of teaching and the role of parents in schools. The second session was an open discussion. Participants included primary and secondary school teachers, university scholars and those who were interested in the study of educational policies. Finally, the four speakers responded to questions raised in the forum and drew final conclusions.
